          Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time.           I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

          It’s a bit ambiguous that one can make a “reservation” but not schedule an appointment. I was able to make a reservation online and arrived fifteen minutes early. Although I had a very good experience overall, it was ridiculous that I had to wait for almost an hour to see the NP. For such a large facility to have only one practitioner on a Sunday is unfair to us patients, and in my opinion burdensome to the NP as well. As a result, this left me with a negative feeling about Atlantic Health Urgent Care because there was nothing urgent about it.
