          Never had a problem the few times I've had to go. Staff is very friendly. Usually in and out in a very reasonable time. Very good service they provide for minor/non-emergency issues.

          Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent!           I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          Had a deep puncture wound and was completely satisfied with great treatment.  Anna did a wonderful job of explaining and treating my wound.  She answered all the questions I had and then some.  Definitely will recommend this urgent care.
