The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.           Both nurse and doctor were very attentive of my issue, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable .  My appointment was on time, and handled timely with care, no rushing.  My meds were also called in immediately to ensure I did not have to wait.  This urgent care facility provides clean, safe and care with meaning.  I appreciate both Larry and Dr. Figueras for their compassion, support and care!!           Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

          Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!
