Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!
