          I made an appointment this morning to follow up on a medication I’ve been taking.  I’ve been experiencing some side effects so just wanted confirmation all was normal and ok to take the full amount until my issue is resolved. I was welcomed at check-in and seen promptly and efficiently. The facility is very clean & convenient and I would highly recommend it.

          The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

          If the doctor isn't available and a urinary issue is urgent, patients should at least have the option to provide a urine sample so it can be held if appropriate or discarded if it ultimately can't be used. Requiring patients to hold it in until the doctor comes, or to simply go elsewhere, feels frustrating and ridiculous to me. Those containers are so cheap, I can reimburse them the dollar if needed. They were friendly otherwise.
