Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight. Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful. Wait time wasn't long for my prescription. Overall great experience! Sould definitely visit this Urgent Care site again!

The staff  was courteous . I had an insect bite and it was not going away The care was very thorough. It is great to have a facility like this place. The question is always the wait and this was satisfactory. I recommend this facility.

Only person in waiting room, no wait time and was taken back as soon as I completed registration. All staff was super friendly and attentive. My provider, in particular, went above and beyond. She really took her time with me. I literally cried because she was such a caring, helpful, devoted practitioner, which I never find anymore.

I always have a pleasant experience when I is this Urgent Care.  Staff are friendly and actually smile, unlike other centers.  Tgeir care is great and they ar knowledgeable.

Woke up this morning with terrible pain and low mobility in my shoulder. I was able to schedule an appointment with ease for a time within 30mins of the time I was scheduling the appointment. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I was in and out within an hour including getting an x-ray. I cannot say enough good things about this location and their staff. I would highly recommend this provider.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.
