This is my second time coming here and I love how quick they are and it’s so clean!! The girl at the front was super nice and the provider I saw Deb was wonderful!!

Had a deep cut in my leg. Carrie did a great job of explaining, cleaning wound and stitching things up.  Very nice staff. Good care

After being turned down by the Urgent Care closest to my house I checked my phone and found Optum.  After arriving I was checked in within a few minutes. Saw a nurse and didn’t even have time to look at my phone and the doctor came in.  He sent my prescription electronically and by the time I got to the drug store my prescription was ready.  Very good experience.  Would recommend!!

All was efficient and went well. Staff was friendly and courteous. X-ray could not be gotten immediately but I got a report a short time later.

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.
