Every doctor, assistant, every front desk , all staff provide excellent service and therefore there is no wait, prescription written and further medical attention is discussed at length when recommended. Doctoring skills and knowledge  are outstanding as well as the Gathering of medical  information  and  the office and restrooms are inaccurate.  Everyone is exceptional kind and caring. Excellent!

Didn’t have to make an appointment I just walk in and took me right away , people at the front desk were very nice and my waiting didn’t take that much . Then inside nurse was ver polite, profesional and I can same thing about the doctor, she listened to me and explained everything about my concerns .

Very easy and convenient to book and appointment. I was unable to drive myself to the office today and was able to book a virtual visit which was extremely convenient and efficient.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.
