I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Discovered a blister on my left hand thumb and called for a 11am appointment to have it treated. The staff at the reception area were attentive and very cordial. The wait was short and the Nurse Practitioner was able to suggest treatment for my thumb. She was able to address my concerns and provided a dressing for my thumb and prescribed an antibiotic at my pharmacy. Urgent Care was professional and advised me on how I should care for my thumb.
