I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

I booked appointment online. No wait time. Pleasant staff and knowledgeable. Gave me what I needed to get better. Clean facility!

Been having frequency in urination for 2 days and instead of calling my primary physician I walked in at the AM PM urgent care facility and got the care I needed within 45 min.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Everyone in the office was professional. They were genuinely concerned about my health.

Returning from a drive from Florida, with a raging sore throat. Easy scheduling an appointment for the next morning. I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. Dr. Santana was perfectly professional and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat!

My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

Threw my back out and was in a lot of pain. I was able to walk (actually hobble) right in and be seen within 20 minutes at the Norwood location. They accepted Medicare which was great. There really wasn't much that could be done for me besides heat and rest though the doctor prescribed a muscle relaxer for me. Would definitely go there again for an emergency situation.
