The reason I didnt give them a 5 is because the guy Kevin at front desk needs to learn to be friendly. Dont work at front desk if you do not want to deal with people and be friendly. He was very rude. The rest of the employees at this center are real friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t a huge fan of online check in. But the person at the front desk helped me when I realized I had forgotten my insurance card. Wait time seemed long considering I was the only person in the waiting room. Lacey was super nice and friendly. 10/10 for her. Rest of visit and wait time was fine. Care+ Pediatrics Urgent Care - 9480 N May Ave

This was my first time to ever come here and first time using Solv which turned out to be very convenient and easy. Would 10/10 recommend; the doctor was lovely, personable, and really made my child feel like she cared which is always a plus to see as the parent. Quality is what makes the experience. The facility was clean and has a great atmosphere. We arrived 15 minutes prior to closing therefore the wait was almost nonexistent. If my kids ever need to go to an urgent care after hours in the future again, this would be the place I would take them.
