Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

I thought I might have broke my jaw so that is why I went to Live Urgent Care. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They put me at ease very quickly. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Thank you ladies for everything!

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

I went to urgent care was have pain on my shoulder blade and was having a hard time taking deep breath. But all I can say is the nurses in the back were outstanding. Listen to what was going on. I did not have to wait a long time. The doctor or Lpn Elizabeth was so nice to me care and helped me out. Lady at front desk was stern otherwise a good experience

Woke up on Wed with a sore throat and I called Urgent Care. Had an appointment within 2 hours. Was treated with 2 X-rays and 3 swabs. Went to CVS for 2 prescriptions and returned home.

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

Very knowledgeable and fast service. I really like Dr Chen. He spends the time to talk to you and explain what’s happening. The staff is super friendly . Best part is if you need a x-ray they have that on the premises which is so much easier than going to a radiology lab.
