          Receptionist helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. No wait, was seen immediately. Nurse was compassionate, friendly and professional. Nurse practitioner listened, was compassionate and answered all my questions. Diagnosed immediately and explained my condition and how to handle it. They went out of their way to help explain how to receive a refund because I had just moved and didn’t have my Medicare card. Great experience. Highly recommend recommend this facility.

          I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

          I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

          I walked in without an appointment and was seen within minutes. The staff is professional and friendly. The Dr listened to everything I had to say and gave me a diagnoses and treatment. He had a wonderful bedside manner. The AFT Urgent Care in Downingtown checked in with me within 3 days to see if I had questions and if I was doing ok.           I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.
