Made an online appointment and still waited 55 min past my appointment time. It was like waiting in the ER. But I will say they were very nice and once I was seen helped my needs perfectly. Will be going back if needed in the future but hope they improve waiting times. I could have missed less time with work. Note to self no need to show up for 45 min after appointment time at least.

Had a flu test, afterwards sat in a room waiting for 30 minutes. Does it take that long? I don't know but it sucks being stuck there that long.

Most of the staff are great, but scheduled appointments have zero priority over walk-ins. I arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and was still in the waiting room almost 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. During this time, several walk in patients were given priority over my scheduled appointment. Additionally, the NP didn’t evaluate me at all. She just prescribed an antibiotic for strep throat without checking for any other illnesses. The wait time and lack of appointment priorities are the main issues.

It was very easy to schedule. From the front desk staff and nurses, to the doctor everyone was friendly and helpful. The nurse and doctor got me in fast and diagnosed. I was feeling horrible so it was nice getting in and out. Comfortable atmosphere!
