I walked in today instead of scheduling and everyone is sick this time of year so I waited 3 hours, but that’s not really something that can be controlled (and next time I will make an appointment). The staff here is superb, from the front desk to the assistants, nurses, PA’s and doctors; organized, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The facility is kept clean. Great service every time, highly recommend!

AFC Urgent Care, Farragut - 700 N Campbell Station Rd

The whole experience was excellent. I’m not very good with computers but the checkin staff was helpful clearly explaining. Nurses were efficient and competent from initial BP check to the shot I had to get at the end of the appt. The PA, Steven, whom I’ve had before, is very competent. He listens and acts accordingly. I highly recommend AFC on North Campbell Station Rd.

I have been treated there before, so my demographics were brought forward at check in which saved some registration time. The nurse practitioner was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Who can ask for more? If the need arises, I will feel confident going there again for treatment.
