Is to easy to make appointments in this clinic and the attention is great. I always bring my kids here!

It was quick and easy to book an appointment and enter the necessary data online so that when we arrived we didn’t have to do any paperwork

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and still waited over 2 hours to be seen. Seems like there should be more people on hand or the scheduling should be adjusted to allow more time between appointments. The staff was great though and appreciated all their help!

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

Second time to go with flu symptoms. I scheduled easily on line and staff were patient and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription called into my drugstore.
