Very disappointed to hear the NP say  Hi I’m Dr. then say Nurse practitioner. She was very well with my son. I had to later call back because the medication was sent in electronically but did not get to the pharmacy. I was told it would take an hour to get sent electronically. I was connected to whom I thought was the medical assistant but she introduced herself as the nurse or the medical assistant. I work in the medical field and these Dr. and nurses work very hard for their title and license. So to be a nurse practitioner or medical assistant and to say you are the Dr. or the nurse is VERY ethically wrong.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! The staff were very kind and friendly. We did not wait that long. The office and exam rooms are clean. The doctor at the facility was great. He took the time to explain my child's health issue and what treatment would be best. I would reccomend using them.

Easy to download app and schedule. Forms were easy to navigate. Staff was friendly and I was a first am appt. Level of care and bedside manner also excellent. Love that they took our insurance. It was a no hassle process and they took great care of our 5 year old grandson. Very happy.

From out of town…In town for Ironman race. Needed toenail removed. I get super nervous going to the Dr. But I was treated with such excellent care and the process was quick and done well. So relieved to be in such good hands. Thank you!

Will not be returning to this location for any of my families needs. Brought my daughter in for a rash and was mis diagnosed, when I went back a week later (after taking prescribed medication) I had to pay again for a re evaluation of the same rash. My daughter took a week of steroids that cost me $70 plus the initial $75 visit and now another $75 charge and new medication. I do not trust this company as it seems like they just want you to keep coming back to get more $$$ and not actually help.

Ive visited this location twice and both times Ive experienced excellent service.

I had a needle Stick injury, I called them over the phone and they said yes you can come...Everything was great.. Teeba the front desk was really friendly and super nice.. There is another lady who came to discuss the process with me she was nice too... I WOULD recommend that place for everyone

in the past i swore i would never come back to this urgent care because of the front office staff. but now, this urgent care has a great set of staff in it’s entirety. they were so amazing. they all worked together like a well oiled machine. the communication was stellar and the follow through was on point. the nurses will always be top tier here! *chefs kiss*
