This was my first visit and I was very satisfied that there wasn’t any ahead of me… I filled out the needed paperwork and that took minimal time… The young lady in the front lobby was very polite and courteous…She assisted me by giving me the necessary information that I needed to complete the check in process… A few minutes went by and she escorted me to get my vitals and weight and before I knew it I was seen by the Dr. The young lady again administered to me 2 shots and took x-rays and before I knew it I was done and ready to go…The Dr. was also very gracious and knowledgeable… The young lady who took care of me I believe was Johanna…

I had to wait an hour, but once they took me back everyone was friendly and very efficient. Thank you!!

Mr. Mario Calvo I believe that is his name provided excellent service and good sound medical judgment to my baby for her medical issue. Thank you everyone will always return.

This is my to go place when I'm having medical issues after hours both of the times I been here the doctors on duty take time to listen and give you the best advice for caring of the little ones. I do recommend this location location is always clean and restroom too keep up the good work.

I have brought my daughters to this clinic several times and have been 100% satisfied up until yesterday's visit with a different/new PA. She was very unfriendly and hardly seemed compassionate in the least bit.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

Will be my kids new urgent care. I can’t believe I never knew or heard about this place. Doctor was just great.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Everything was a pretty pleasant experience except for the receptionist. She was super rude, short and not professional. It felt like she was inconvenienced to do her job at all. Same girl came do to vitals on me. Didn't even tell me the numbers, just started leaving the room. I asked if they were good and she just said "yeah". The doctor was really nice and professional so that was redeeming.

Everything was great. The staff was excellent.

I have bring my daughter here a few times. The waiting time has been not a good experience. Actually I was skipped a few times as patients that arrived after me were attended first.  After they brought us in to check vitals . Than the waiting  Continued for 40 more minutes at the patient room .  I ask the nurse if we were being attended and she replied that there were other people waiting as well as there was only one Dr . Excuse me Nurse practitioner on site .  In my own opinion for a private clinic where you charge patients more than a regular clinic I would recommend pect to have Drs and not NP .  The times I have gone they only take my daughter s vitals and that’s it .  The waiting time takes longer that the time the NP takes to check on the patient .  Unfortunately my work schedule doesn’t help me and this clinic is open after 6 pm and is close to home . 🙁

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

I love how everything went smoothly! I was also made aware of everything that was happening and why, which I loved and appreciated. Honestly 10/10!

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.
