Originally I tried to walk in for a Covid test. I was told to come back in an hour for a walk in test. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for 5pm to be safe. I came back in an hour as a walk in and was told they weren’t taking walk ins. Wasn’t happy with that. Do I came back at 5pm

It doesn't get any better than this folks. I recently moved from Ohio. I hadn't found a PCP yet and contracted a head and chest cold. By a stroke of luck, I happened to find Alamo Urgent Care. Then, the next month, I got the flu. Nurse Practioner Courtley got me back on my feet in 5 day!!! Most recently, I had what could have been a DVT. Courtney went way over and above the call of duty. My insurance had just assigned me a PCP that DIDN'T exists. Courtney spent her time coordinating with the facility doctor, collaborated with a specialist, and got a case working going so I could be seen by a PCP the very next day! I didn't expect this. I didn't even know she was working behind the scenes on my health care. Wow! You just don't find service, commitment, and caring like this in Ohio. In my humble opinion, the staff and facility at Marbach road set a very high bar for others to follow. While I know there are many Urgent Care facilities in San Antonio, to me, there IS only one. The wait time is almost non-existent. They are fast, efficient, caring, and the location is convenient and CLEAN! With convenient hours, For me and my family. This is the one!
