I was a walk in but registering was quick and easy. There was a wheelchair on site that I used. The only downside was that I could not get an X-ray. I left there and went to an orthopedic urgent care who would not see me due to an insurance issue. I ended up at the ER on Sunday. I will not use your facility again if I think I might need a xray. However, I was advised no X-rays available. I chose to proceed but would not have if I had known about the insurance issue.

I went to urgent care for numbness and pain in my left arm. I was misdiagnosed by the PA who saw me. The gentleman who took my EKG really struggled with performing the test. What is usually a five minute test took him 20 or 25 minutes and he was obviously frustrated.

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.
