          I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help.           I was able to schedule an appointment for my daughter and be seen within 30 mins of scheduling. Checked in online and brought back immediately for testing and then called back within 10 mins and maybe waited less than 10 minutes for the provider. He was friendly and professional. I really appreciated his efforts to help my daughter feel comfortable as she was embarrassed regarding the reason for her visit. I would definitely recommend to others, especially nice for parents who work and aren’t able to get into their normal pediatrician office.

          We waited an hour for our appointment all because the front desk person was not there. I totally understand that billing needs to be accounted for before a patient is seen, however, they always send a payment link via text anyway so I’m not sure why a person sitting 3 feet away needed to send me that text. Ultimately, that is how they resolved the problem — a receptionist from another clinic called me to collect payment. I appreciate that you can’t plan for everything and they needed to adapt, but wish the adaptation had happened sooner. This can’t have been the first time that someone called in sick to work unexpectedly.

          I did my second review and I gave 5 stars for all! You guys be ready to check on our kids right away! Means a lot for me. Best place to call when your child is sick. I just one thing im disappointed my son not getting medicine but maybe because I didn’t ask clearly and also he didn’t needed is what I was told. But im still happy with the staff is bery friendly everytime even when is a different location. Thank u for healing our kids.
