I called the number on the website and I didn’t have to wait. Easy to communicate. I forgot to ask her name but she is very friendly and accomodating. She makes you feel that you are being well taken cared of. It was fsuch a nice and pleasant experience.

The staff who helped us in getting our tests done is amazing. Zaydee Anne Mercado is the lady who helped us. We came straight away after the appointment but we forgot to submit the documentation, she patiently helped us understanding the what is needed and what is the process. She waited for us till we update all the documents and then she took the tests. Also she provided the documents post the test and made sure everything is perfect though she is done with her work hours, she stretched her time and was so flexible to make sure we got what we needed. All in one word she is the best person because of whom I would like to refer all the people i know to your test centre. Best service I received in recent times.
