The wait for the service was lengthy but the actual procedure was fast. I understand that covid slows everything down. Overall good experience.

Waited 2 hours since check in and still no pediatrician for my daughter. Waited 1.5 hr from check in to get into an exam rom and now still over another 30 minutes and no doctor yet. I would not recommend this insurance . They seem to be understaffed or slow process.

Chickenpox Vaccine: Helpful Chickenpox Vaccine Reviews

"I loved it!!! My daughter wanted to go back! The front desk was great! And the nurse was a sweetheart and the doctors - even though I could tell they felt some type of way because I choose that my child isn’t vaccinated - they were on point and very nice. However, they misdiagnosed because chicken pox and hand foot and mouth look so similar. I went to urgent care in the morning and they said it was full blown chicken pox."
