Book urgent care & walk-in clinics near me in Federal Way, WA

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

The staff was very welcoming and kind, and they offered snacks and refreshments. The doctor himself was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Needed a refill of a daily inhaler & RX Ibuprofen; got in immediately & was warmly greeted by everyone.. My Dachshund Delilah is also welcomed by Staff including Admin. Highly recommend for anyone needing Care.

Every portion of this visit was exceptional. What a great experience, fantastic staff and very efficient. I totally recommend Indigo for everyone.

I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Awakened w a sore throat, pounding headache & cough. Think a fever too. Wonderful staff here. Felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

Not real impressed with the PA Lily but everything else was fantastic. Won’t be going back to this particular urgent care.

Writing a review pertaining to my relationship with Urgent Care is like copying the encounter as I try to write my thoughts, while watching the thoughts grow wings and fly away, faster than I can write.  You’d have to have been there, then you would wonder how I come to pass.       Thank you for the time you gave, getting the education and sharing some of your knowledge, skills and experience with me and that encompasses from the very moment I called. I started my day with swelling and severe pain on my knee. I tried to tuff it out but it was getting worse. Seeking urgent care , I called my doctors office and they got me in even though they were fully booked . I appreciated their prompt urgent care ,professionalism and very friendly staff.
