The scheduling was very easy and convenient. I walked in and was seen within five minutes. I had the best staff and quality care that I have ever received. The doctors and nurses were so knowledgeable and kind and friendly. They made me very comfortable . My time spent there due to a After an unforeseeable respiratory issue my time spent there was about 7 1/2 hours. During that time they constantly checked in and updated me on what the test results were and what was to be expected next. My husband was able to come and sit with me. Within a few hours I started to feel better and I have the amazing doctor and nurses to thank.

I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

I came in for urgent care. I ended up getting a leg brace. The crutches they tried to set me up with wouldn't adjust properly. It's ok because they would have been awkward to use them at work anyway. It would have been kinda nice to get a cane, but they didn't have any...but everything else went just fine,!

Recommend designated providers for appointments & separate providers for walk-ins. Appointments are rarely on time , & because they bump walk-ins, the walk ins keep waiting & waiting & waiting - I’ve been twice to indigo in the last month & both times waited over 2 hours . It’s not a good system the way it is now. Or have appointments only at select locations, but both at the same place is a nightmare
