          Although they were very professional. They only did a urine test for my side pain. The next day, I went to a different company and they did the urine test also, but they also did an xray.  Come to find out, I have some fluid in my lung that was causing the issue. They prescribed 2 medications and an inhaler and now I am doing much better.

          The ladies in he front desk were very disrespectful . Waited 20 minutes for my paperwork to leave! No one told me why it was taking so long! And when I did get it she did not even acknowledge there was an an issue! I said bye and thank you with no response back from her! She was very rude! The Dr was very nice and thorough !

          I have a 95 dollar co pay for urgent care .  Paid that , doctor said my kid probably didn’t have an ear infection come back if it gets worse. 5 minute visit .  Got an extra 35 dollar bill in the mail. Couldn’t get a straight answer from the billing department .  My EOB shows that I have a 95 dollar copay for an urgent care visit and shouldn’t be subject to the deductible . I will for sure not use this urgent care again .

          This urgent care is the best.  They make you feel welcome. They listen to your concerns. They are very kind and caring and they take such good care of you. I won’t go to any other urgent care any longer. I have had some of them be so rude and that’s very hard when you’re sick enough to go to an urgent care.

          I have brought my child to this location several times over the years for after hours care and all the staff have always been very professional and courteous. It has been such a relief as a parent to have prompt care when a child is ill and they have always taken good care of us. I would recommend this location for care.

          I appreciate that I was able to walk in without an appointment.   However, I don’t feel Juan took any real time to hear me out.  He talks rushed, behaved rushed, and have his explanation rushed.  You don’t get to help a patient if you don’t actually listen to the patient.  I was told I have an abnormal ekg reading along with some concerning symptoms I’ve had and then told I have nothing to worry about. To me it seems like he was eager to go sit back at his desk.  With a clinic as empty as this one, I don’t see what the rush was about.
