I had a sore throat and was able to get in within a few hours. The staff was great but I was surprised at how expensive it was even with my insurance.

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

I had such a pleasant experience at this urgent care on Camelback road. I honestly hate going to any doctor or urgent care, but I needed a Covid test because I was having symptoms. Everyone from the front desk staff, medical assistants, and the PA were wonderful. I really wish I knew the PAs name because I’d name her on this review. Everyone was so nice, thorough, professional and helpful. It was easy to register and to check out. It was a great experience and I would definitely come back…Thank you everyone for continuing to serve on the front lines during Covid 19 and putting your own health on the line to help all of us who are sick and in need of care. I wish you the best during the holidays and pray for continued good health…

Was very pleased with my visit. Was able to make appt online within the hour of looking for an appt. No waiting and people were very friendly and helpful, from the receptionist, to the person that took the test and the Dr. Thank you

Went in for covid test, in and out in no time. Way better than my doctor's office.

I was the Only Pt, shouldn’t take 45 mins to complete a TB test.

Went in for COVID TEST chris was fast and great. I would recommend Allkids to anyone that needs a compassionate and friendly office! The whole staff is compassionate.

Waited one hour even though we had an appointment. Got into the room and had the vitals etc. done, then waited another 20 minutes or the provider. Not his fault, way too many patients and no other providers on staff. Need better staffing. Also, probably need better training on doing the eye test. We were there for a sports physical and the eye test they did showed severe vision problems, which we thought was odd. Went to our optometrist the next day for an exam and vision test was perfectly normal. Need some better system for people to wait if they have Covid symptoms. We were not there for Covid, but many others were. They were, appropriately, asked to wait outside or in their vehicles. Problem was they were waiting out there for 2+ hours. It was a really hot day. So they were in their cars roasting or with air-conditioning on and running their vehicles. Contributing to pollution and global warming. There has to be a better system than that.

I was a little late, but they still got me in quickly and the nurse was great and I appreciated her tolerating my bedside manner while getting tested for Covid.....I'm not the best at getting nose swabbed, but once I relaxed it was smooth sailing.

I had an overall great experience. The 1 complaint I have is the answering service. It is not right that you have to sit on the phone for 18-25 minutes to make an appt only to be hung up on. Secondly, I took a Covid Test. I received a message 3 days later and was told to call a specific # which I did and again had to wait on the phone listening to a recording. I finally hung up and drove 35 minutes to the office I had the test at. I should have been given a direct # to the office at the time I checked out from the appt. This is poor customer/patient service. Thank you for your time and hopefully you can implement the suggestion offered. Also my husband drove to the office to get the appt for me since I couldn't do it by phone and did not have access to a computer.

I was seen virtually for a Sinus infection I have been in medical field for 30+ yrs myself PA was great but since I said my husband was coughing for past month. Allergies and works outside in major dust etc. She recommended I get Covid test. Umm. NO No wonder why people end up going to ER freaking out about normal mild illness. I have a sinus infection end of story ! Thanks for the meds to clear it up. Feeling much better after 2 doses already

Just wanted a rush covid test so I can go see my nieces new baby...and I got it, it was negative... now I can hold the baby.

- Verified patient on 5/9

The only thing I was not happy with is the doctor said she would give me a doctors not stating I tested negative for covid and that i can return to work once my fevers were normal for 24 hrs. I called nextcare and was told that they would put in a request for a doctors note because my work is requesting one.

went in for Covid testing. got in even before appointment time straight to a room. Dr answered all of our questions.

- Verified patient on 10/23

Received my test results quickly also you were the only walk up site for testing. I don't drive so this was very important to me, thank you

- Verified patient on 1/20

I've never done this before and I was extremely thankful that I have this option, considering I recently tested positive for COVID. She was extremely thorough (which can be difficult in telehealth) and immediately sent in scripts to help me and my lingering sinus infection.

Next Care Urgent Care is what I call “modern medicine”. Or “current care”. Meaning that the way Next Care is managed as a business and as a medical facility should be adopted by ALL medical facilities! Mind you this is for non life threatening issues. Go to the emergency room for that. For all other medical needs for any member of your family, I highly recommend going here or to a facility that is managed the same way. 1. Once you register you wait time can be managed from a smart phone. This provides you the opportunity to stay home until the staff is ready to see you. No waiting at the office. You can if you wish (aside from COVID related issues). They will text you when it is time to come in. Drive straight to the office and they will be expecting you. 2. Treatment is pretty standard but very friendly. No stuffy Dr. or clinical feeling. 3. They offer a membership program for $39 a month. To get started I paid around $170 for 3 months. My bill was well over $300 for the visit and two tests. Any future visit only costs $39 + and outside treatment and or testing if needed. For someone that doesn’t have OVER PRICED MEDICAL INSURANCE this is extremely affordable access to awesome medical care and preventative treatment. Even if you have medical insurance I would still recommend this service if nothing more then the wait time. We all know nursing a sick child is way easier at home then in the office. Plus you can’t beat the cost. Highly recommend! Go Next Care.

Best place to get treatment. Front desk excellent service. Tech who takes Covid test superb. Doctors outstanding. The doctor who treated me today was exceptional. I’ve been treated at this facility for several different times. Each doctor all are exceptional.

Mixed message with NP not wearing mask. Understand and appreciate personal decisions. Just was surprised by this. I explained reason for visit re concerns re individual sneezing in my direction. Really didn’t need NP to provide reasons for sneezing (he explained the person might have allergies). Sneezing happens. The individual didn’t have a mask in and didn’t seem concerned re people around him. Also, suggesting people ought to calm down (not exact words but definitely implied) re virus. Understand NP first hand expertise and understanding of virus etc. and reasons for my visit (not symptomatic) for the test is not as important as someone having symptoms (if at all necessary anymore; news report that UK will be stopping testing; I was aware of this before scheduling my visit) it is for me, concerning. NP did an excellent job explaining when to be concerned and to get tested. I learned much from him. The young man who actually did the test was professional as well. Online service to get scheduled and tested was excellent. Thank you providing such an excellent service and much appreciation to entire staff.

Wait was a bit long. I had a 1:00 appointment but didn’t get in until 2:00 to get the cove test. Other than that is was very good.

- Verified patient on 8/20

I was pleasantly surprised. We came in without an appointment and the check in process was very smooth. We had to spend virtually no time in the waiting room as the front office staff checked us in quickly and then we completed the registration in the car. The wait time was surprisingly short considering everything going on right now with Covid. Both the nurse and the provider were great. Very friendly and professional. The front office employee was also very kind and efficient. I commend this team for working under such stressful times in healthcare during a pandemic. I’m a pharmacist and I understand the pressures. I wouldn’t have scored them lower even if I’d had to wait much longer because it’s just so tough right now with the pandemic but they were very efficient and test results came within 20 minutes for strep and Covid. Provider updated us when strep came back negative and then again when Covid was negative. This team did a beautiful job and treated my 13 year old daughter with respect and caring attitudes. Definitely recommend and will use this location again!

Mesa Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
