Waited 2 hours since check in and still no pediatrician for my daughter. Waited 1.5 hr from check in to get into an exam rom and now still over another 30 minutes and no doctor yet. I would not recommend this insurance . They seem to be understaffed or slow process.

I had a fall and had injuries to both right and left side. Very long wait time. Xrays performed on both R and L side. ARNP told me she didn’t think I had any breaks and sent me home with zero direction and zero paperwork. I got a call about R side. It was broken. They still haven’t called about X-ray results for L side. I called today to inquire and spent over 30 min on hold. Seems like all they do care about is referring me to one of their orthopedic doctors. I received no help or direction. Disappointing. Next time I’ll go to the emergency room. This place lacks even the fundamentals.

I was ordered by the doctor to chew 3 orange baby aspirin. I have no teeth and they tasted disgust! When I spin them out and told him that, he walked out of the room. I was then sent to St. Johns in Tacoma.

Chickenpox Vaccine: Helpful Chickenpox Vaccine Reviews

"I loved it!!! My daughter wanted to go back! The front desk was great! And the nurse was a sweetheart and the doctors - even though I could tell they felt some type of way because I choose that my child isn’t vaccinated - they were on point and very nice. However, they misdiagnosed because chicken pox and hand foot and mouth look so similar. I went to urgent care in the morning and they said it was full blown chicken pox."
