The receptionist was so nice, helpful & went above & beyond to make check in easy.
Also she called me after I left to tell me the pharmacy I chose did not have a pharmacist on duty at the time & asked if I would like her to send my Rx to a different pharmacy. Amazing customer service!!
The other staff that helped me were friendly, professional & efficient. THANK YOU!!!
This is my first choice when in need of non-emergency health care/advice. I don’t feel like an animal with a tag in my ear about to be “processed”. 🤣So friendly. Never have to wait long.
The wait time was long since I did not understand the procedure for walk-ins & about online booking. I am 77 years old. It was Labor Day & I was sick & my doctor offices were closed & my pharmacy was closed. I do not yet understand all the new ways of seeking medical care. I was diagnosed with Covid & Influenza A. The provider’s bedside manner was excellent.
They understood I have heart failure and lung function issues in my past and since I tested positive for Covid, they gave me all the medication I needed to get through my sinus infection and Covid. I am back at work after 7 days. Excellent work!
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, minus the front desk lady who was a bit rude. The nurses took great care of me and took everything I said into consideration.
No paperwork for breezy booking, with texts to keep you up-to-date.
