Decided I needed an appointment for kidney pain at 7:30. Made the appt online for 8 am. It’s 8:40 and I’m writing this review. Efficient, friendly staff.

Been battling apparently Bronchitis for a while.  Came in, booked an appointment, waited an appropriate time for urgent care.  I was given Prednisone which greatly helped within a couple hours.  Took the providers advice to add vitamin C,D and zinc and drink 100 ounces of water, stopped working out which was aggravating my condition and feel great today.  Little disappointed with my provider back home in MN that I went in a couple times and it got to this point but grateful that I was able to get it taken care of down here.

The system was down which put a stop to checking in. Otherwise it was a fine experience

Everyone that helped us during our visit was kind, and thorough. They were caring and gentle with my sick 5 year old. Overall great experience.

Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.

I started to have symptoms this morning. I scheduled online pretty quick which saved so much time than going in the actual clinic. The doctor was very informative and patient, she understood and gave the diagnosis quickly as well as treatment.

I’ve been in and out of ER and urgent care for my condition, this was the first dr to give me some answers on what it could be as well as referrals to other physicians who can help as well as tests that can be done. Friendliest most knowledgeable Dr I’ve seen in a very very long time. Highly recommend.

I was suffering terribly with allergies. My usual protocols weren't offering any relief. I easily scheduled on line. Neshaun and Nygeria, the front office staff were personable and welcoming. I had a very brief waiting time before being called. Ally, the medical assistant was professional and competent. I have a fear of needles. Ally was great with the injection.1 I never felt it. Nurse practitioner Lucas's bedside manner was wonderful. I was put at ease and felt comfortable with his expertise. I highly recommend this office. Should I require a future urgent care visit, I would definitely return to this office.

My son jumped off the monkey bars and I brought him in. The experience was amazing and the staff were excellent I for sure will be back again

I have been here before and had a great experience This visit was totally different. Today took over 4 hours and that was with an appt. My husband sat outside and watched people who had appts after me leave while I sat in a room for over an hour waiting to be seen. It for sure was not the best experience. I hope in the future I have the experience I have had before today

They should not tell you that the credit card payment is optional. I waited over 30 minutes for the call.

The floor of the waiting room needed to be swept. The check in staff was great and made sure my insurance was applied correctly. The care staff was very helpful
