I came in with an eye issue. The provider didn't look at my eye only provided me with a prescription for two antibiotics. She said she didn't like eyes.

Wasn't too thrilled with my experience at this urgent care. Spent a mere 3 minutes with the provider, who quickly diagnosed me with laryngitis without running any tests. Not being tested for COVID, the flu, or strep leaves me feeling uneasy, especially with chest pressure, body aches, a low fever and excessive coughing. It seemed like they were in a rush to close by 4 PM. Additionally, the front desk sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, despite me providing the correct one in my paperwork beforehand. Thankfully I noticed before leaving but even after that they still sent 1 RX to the WRONG pharmacy. I felt like an inconvenience throughout the visit & like they didn't care. 10/10 do NOT recommended.

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

Booked an appointment for 3pm and with one other in waiting room took almost 3 hours to get seen and leave unacceptable. It wasn’t even crowded! You are going to need to do better

I brought my son in to be checked for strep throat. We were greeted and checked in right away. Didn't take long at all and staff had taken swabbed his throat and Jenna was in 5 minutes later for further examination. She determined that he had the symptoms of strep and she ordered antibiotics and we were on our way home. All the staff was friendly and professional! We will definitely come here again. Doctor was informative and very friendly so were the staff there was no wait time

I have had respiratory issues for a few months on and off. The nurse did not take a lot of time trying to understand the full situation and sent me home with 3 days of prednisone and cough drops. The next 2 days I felt even worse and didn't get any relief from meds provided. The root of the cause was not discussed or some related illnesses like valley fever. Very disappointed.

Dr was real nice real thorough but the front office could care less. All they do is sit around talk to each other. My paperwork was done and I still sitting there not very happy with the front office girls

Everyone that helped us during our visit was kind, and thorough. They were caring and gentle with my sick 5 year old. Overall great experience.

Went in for ear pain since I couldn’t get in to see my ENT Dr for another 2 weeks. Staff wasn’t very friendly. PA put me on the same meds my ENT had me on 8 weeks ago that didn’t help. Said that’s all she could do. Waste of time going there.

Great experience! This is the second time here and everyone was fantastic! They took great care of me and I’m feeling much better. If you need urgent care, this is the place to go.

Went in the office and they took me right away. I got into the examining room and Kristen came in right away. She is so nice and takes the time to listen to my concerns and gave me the prescriptions I needed to feel better. I have seen her two different times and she has been so caring and understanding both times that I saw her. I will definitely be going back if I need too. 😊

Got in with 4 people waiting. Staff was very nice. Care was nothing. They did nothing for me so why do they let you make an appointment. I waste the doctor's time and it wastes mine. I had a painful lump on my neck in the back. She prescribed an antibiotic but didn't tell me what it was until I went to pick it up and I can't remember ake that kind. It was a waste of time
