I walked in  this morning without an appointment, filled out paperwork, sat down and within 10 minutes I was being attended to. Good job and well done! 😃

It was alright as I was patiently waited. I went many times before for a shot to control migraines.

I came in with an eye issue. The provider didn't look at my eye only provided me with a prescription for two antibiotics. She said she didn't like eyes.

I was happy with the quick care and everyone was friendly! Great job!

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

I brought my son in to be checked for strep throat. We were greeted and checked in right away. Didn't take long at all and staff had taken swabbed his throat and Jenna was in 5 minutes later for further examination. She determined that he had the symptoms of strep and she ordered antibiotics and we were on our way home. All the staff was friendly and professional! We will definitely come here again. Entire staff was patient focused and friendly. Felt they were all concerned about providing good patient results.

They should not tell you that the credit card payment is optional. I waited over 30 minutes for the call.

Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.

Everything was great and the team was very caring.

Dr was real nice real thorough but the front office could care less. All they do is sit around talk to each other. My paperwork was done and I still sitting there not very happy with the front office girls

Scheduled my apt the night before. Was waited at my scheduled time the next day . The office staff and medical staff were friendly and professional. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy for pick up.

Booked an appointment for 3pm and with one other in waiting room took almost 3 hours to get seen and leave unacceptable. It wasn’t even crowded! You are going to need to do better

Went in for ear pain since I couldn’t get in to see my ENT Dr for another 2 weeks. Staff wasn’t very friendly. PA put me on the same meds my ENT had me on 8 weeks ago that didn’t help. Said that’s all she could do. Waste of time going there.
