Not one time did we feel any thing but at ease. We were in and out within an hour, Im sure it was less, and left feeling that the same outcome, a prescription for antibiotics and follow up instructions, would be the outcome at the emergency room as well except here, unlike going to the emergency room especially for simpler non threatning situations we didn't have to worry about out of pocket or if our insurance would or wouldn't cover this or that it was all striagt forward and very clear we didn't have to fill out pages and pages of paperwork, or wait for hours in some loud, crowded emergency room lobby. This has a very large waiting area, and both, the waiting area and the office were clean, friendly, very welcoming, informative, warm, helpful and kind, the exact opposite of most emergency room visits.
