          I am suffering from allergies… but didn’t know what was wrong. I was able to go online make an appointment and within a few hours I was diagnosed. I highly recommend you contact them through their website.  Second time I’ve been diagnosed here. Staff is very helpful. They are always very supportive, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.           Scheduling (or just showing up) and checking in always go smoothly here. The friendly staff always greets me as soon as I walk through the door. Today there were less staff than usual and it didn't matter. This team is super efficient! Emanuel and Heaven were fantastic. Shout out to Heaven and her phlebotomy skills! I didn't feel a thing and I LOVE that! I always recommend this location to people

          The front desk in training was extremely rude . I walked in , her head was down , I’m sure she heard and saw me . If I did not greet her she would not have lifted her head to say anything . I told her the issue and before I could finish she goes “oh I would wait for her to come back because I’m just in training “ whether you’re in training or not greeting someone is common decency along with letting me know someone will be right with me . Her demeanor was completely off and unacceptable especially dealing with people in a doctors office. Everyone else was great.

          There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
