The checkin as a first visit was so easy and I was seen IMMEDIATELY. The physician was attentive, thorough and so friendly.           Everyone was very helpful. I booked the appointment the night before for 9 o’clock when they open. I got right in and Dr. Emanuel came in. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and prescribe medication for me. I have been to urgent care a few times before and everyone is always so wonderful. I would recommend urgent care. I have insurance that covers everything. That was not a worry for me! I had booked my appointment the night before online.

          The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

          I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician.           So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.
