          I use DOCS for my primary care and they are phenomenal. The doctors there are great. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk people who really do care about their patients. They are very respectful and caring. I am a very picky person and when I tell you that I would refer DOCS to anybody, I would definitely refer them all day any day as I stated they are very caring very respectful as many places like this, I've been to staff has been horrible but here they are great. I don't have one bad thing to say continue what you guys are doing and thank you so much for being so awesome!

          I had booked an appointment they took the walk in first, Fia who came in to take my blood pressure was very polite and helpful. The nurse practitioner seemed to be in a rush and didn’t want to hear what I said to say. I asked for the breathing treatment which I always get for my asthma and she told me I’m able to breathe so she didn’t think it was necessary. Not very happy

          Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

          The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

          I had a blocked ear and had great difficulty hearing . My appointment was scheduled quickly and I was able to receive help right away! The doctor was kind and reassuring and knew exactly what to do. The nurse removed the wax from my ear and worked with confidence and efficiency. My hearing was restored and I was so relieved.           I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !
