The online registration was confusing. The appointment time given leads you to believe that you have an appointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean facility!!

I had the best experience ever. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Dr Stevens is the  best!! I will definitely recommend  Dr Stevens.. he is by far the best doctor.

Waited 2 hours even with a time reserved. Then was diagnosed with Strep after a not-very definitive test. Was given antibiotics and went home. It is now 4 days later and my symptoms (cough, wheezing, swollen glands, sore throat, fatigue) have all gotten worse. I will not go back to WestMed to wait another 2 hours. I will just stay home and keep missing work (as I have done for 3 days) since whatever this is doesn’t seem to be getting worse…just not going away.2

Woke up Monday AM with a weird wheezing cough. Booked for Tuesday PM. Upon arrival, I only waited for less then 10 minutes until my name was called. The staff, nurses and doctors were all friendly. I was out in 30 minutes.

Urgent care was very crowded but the staff let us know it would be a long wait and they would see us as soon as they good. Good attention to care.
