Things were slow. Only 2 patients when i arrived. The wait was short. The peoplewere courteous. Was in and out quickly. With a prescription for my eye.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

I was pleased with my care, but very annoyed that I was charged a credit card convenience fee on an OCA Cafeteria Plan credit card. Not sure if the company will accept the convenience fee charge in addition to my copay. No fee should be charged for a non personal credit card.

I was seen on short notice with very little wait time. All staff were pleasant and made it a positive experience. I would use their services again and would recommend same to anyone else in need of 24hr emergency care.

Christina is the best. She is very kind and knowledgeable.

Very easy walk- in! The staff could use some additional help. One person doing much of the work attending to patients

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I found the care helpful. Nice doctor and nurse. But check in process was a bit confusing

Lovely place.  From the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.  Would definitely recommend.

Great experience! Better than any emergency room visit. Will now be my #1 go to if needed!

Could not walk due to a lower back issue. Was taken care of immediately    Assessed immediately. Staff extremely accommodating and extremely considerate. Assessed issued scripts and instructions. I would gladly recommend them
