Every part of the process here was awesome. I had an unfortunate injury that required stitches, and even though they were closing in 30 minutes, they still took me in and helped me out with 3 quick stitches. The nurse I saw was lovely and very helpful. However some of the test results were never communicated and I was told I would hear more about next steps after my appointment. I am also bothered by the lack of visit summaries and other details. Facility was clean and spacious, easy to schedule but I care a lot more about the record keeping and communication.
