Such knowledgeable personnel and pleasant and empathetic to my situation.  Excellent care all the way around.  Excellent Dr was very thorough conservative and took extra time and care.

Quick and easy scheduling even while sick. Same with check in & being seen by dr. Staff is always friendly and caring. Dr listened to all my symptoms and concerns. Would always definitely use this clinic.

Had been putting off seeing a doctor about a chronic intermittent problem but when it was getting worse decided on Doctors Urgent Care at Northlake as they have taken excellent care of me each time I went for a health problem. This time was no different, scheduling and check in very easy on the the internet. Staff as always showed their knowledge, care and compassion giving time when needed.

Took an hour from when I got there to when I left with nobody waiting in front of me or checked in.  Young thin blonde receptionist was rude and unhelpful with check in process. Once I got to the back the NP was great and very helpful.

I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
