Research indicates that women of color are always the recipient of sub par healthcare. So when I walk in here in pain, my expectations are already low but telling me that you don’t prescribe narcotics before me even checking in is a new low. Please educate your staff.   I’m not here to drug seek.  I’m here to get rid of the pain I have had for a week. This is why we don’t want to come in with an injury.  And why wasn’t the white man with back pain being advised only the same thing?   I won’t be back.  I don’t need to be judged.

My daughter had been experiencing ear pain and it was not improving. I was able to look online and see that there was nobody on the waitlist. I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour and fill out the paperwork before I even left. I was able to check in and pay easily. The wait was not too long and the staff and doctor were all very kind and friendly. My daughter felt comfortable and got the help she needed.

Benbrook Chlamydia Testing

Who should get tested for chlamydia?

According to the CDC, anyone who is sexually active can get chlamydia, but the infection is more common in some groups. Women under 25 and men who have sex with men are particularly at risk. It's also recommended that pregnant women get tested for chlamydia as it can cause serious complications for the baby. If you live in Benbrook, TX and fall into these categories, or have multiple sexual partners, it's important to get tested regularly.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for chlamydia is crucial as it often doesn't show symptoms, leading to it being known as a "silent" infection. If left untreated, chlamydia can cause serious health problems, including infertility in women. Testing is the only sure way to know if you have chlamydia. Early detection through testing allows for effective treatment, usually with antibiotics, to prevent complications.
