          Dr. Ginger and the office staff, Emily, Heavenly, Erica, and Shauntae were amazing. They were all so polite and kind. Even after my visit, they ensured I got all of my lab results as soon as they got them. They were pleasant with every phone call. I will definitely use them again in the future.

          Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

          Excellent service by the front officeLesli, and the nurse practitioner Prajwala Uprety who gave me B 112 shot on October 13th. I couldn’t even feel that she had finished with the it. Carolina primary care has the best people on their staff. Dr Bhavani is the kindest, and caring doctor. She listens, which leaves you feeling so satisfied with the visit.

          The young lady checking in patients on 9/8/21 was so sweet & helpful. Nurse practitioner Philip Olshinski was also extremely kind. Super nice and what you'd hope for with providers. The place is not fancy, but I was treated so nice. Thanks as I know you all are extra busy during these stressful times.
