I needed an appointment to confirm I just had a common cold and nothing more serious. The online scheduling presented some difficulties for this tech challenged older adult, but the ladies at check-in were very helpful. I was also impressed by the back office staff. They were friendly and efficient.

Very easy to schedule.  The team was busy, so the wait was long.  However, the quality of care was very good and professional.  If needed I will return to this lactation.  Thank you!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who is at risk for hepatitis should consider getting tested. This includes individuals who have been exposed to the virus, those who have traveled to countries with high rates of hepatitis, people who have used intravenous drugs, and those with a history of unprotected sexual activity. Additionally, people with certain medical conditions, such as liver disease or HIV, should also get tested. It's important to note that hepatitis can be asymptomatic for a long period, so regular testing is recommended for high-risk individuals.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it allows for early detection and treatment, reducing the risk of severe liver damage and other complications. According to the CDC, early treatment can prevent the spread of the virus to others and can significantly improve a person's quality of life. Furthermore, knowing your hepatitis status can help you make informed decisions about your health and lifestyle.
