in the past i swore i would never come back to this urgent care because of the front office staff. but now, this urgent care has a great set of staff in it’s entirety. they were so amazing. they all worked together like a well oiled machine. the communication was stellar and the follow through was on point. the nurses will always be top tier here! *chefs kiss*

I always have a great experience here. I scheduled an appointment this time instead of coming in as a walk-in. I was in and out pretty quickly

Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! Was not pleased with the small prescription dosage that doctor gave me still have pain. I will not return to this facility again

Everything was good. When you have to add your signature I did not know it was my code number. A little confusion.

If I could give the bedside manner a 10 I would!

Felt terrible in the morning but went to work anyway, found this clinic about 5 minutes away. Was able to book an appointment right away same day. Facility is new, clean, staff nice. Got in and out in about 30 minutes with a script waiting for me later that day. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Was experiencing a sore scratchy throat and some nausea. I walked in and was seen by Ashley.. She made my visit a very good experience. Check in is so convenient. The staff were great too.

Went in for an aggravatingly itchy rash on my legs!  Within 40 minutes of treatment the difference was amazing! I should never had waited so long to go in!!
