I found the care helpful. Nice doctor and nurse. But check in process was a bit confusing

Lovely place.  From the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.  Would definitely recommend.

The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

Did not care for nurse practitioner. I know when I need an antibiotic. So wait til it gets worse instead of nipping it in the Budd. I haven't been sick since 2918 and this child doesn't know much. 😕 And I like this office. Next time I will wait and see my own health care provider. Sorry

Staff was friendly.   Got right in doctor was pleasant gave me the right antibiotics I’ll go back definetly

I had a sore throat for a few days and made an appointment for a strep test, which was scheduled for an hour later. Everyone in the office was so nice, that includes the doctor. I'm so glad they're so conveniently located. Hopefully I'l never get sick again, but if I do, I know where to go

Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.

would like my x_rays sent to me..... for my orthopedic to see the results of the x_rays that were taken of my left hand... would be greatly appreciated ... thank you......

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Brought my daughter in because her pediatrician was the opposite direction of an appointment I needed to get to. She has a vital ear infection and conjunctivitis, she had the same virus last spring. I thought it would be faster to do urgent care. We sat in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours with 5 or 6 other groups. Only one person was brought in during that time, he had a significant cut and they sent him to the hospital after a quick evaluation. They did not appear busy and 4 or 5 patients came out over the course of that time. When we were finally brought in, minutes after the one group that was ahead of us, they did an initial intake and put us in a room for another 30 minutes or so. The doctor finally came in, he was with us for maybe 4 minutes and we were on our way. All staff members were very nice, friendly and professional but they should have alerted us that they were on a 2+ hour wait. We would have gone elsewhere.

Dr. Gabriel is great- wonderful patient education, bed-side manner, and medical knowledge. 10/10 experience!
