Being 20 mins early for my appointment but not seeing the dr until 68 mins after appointment time was not great. Last time 3 people were booked for same time with same provider, too. Why is more than one patient scheduled for same time? On time patients shouldn’t be waiting longer due to this office or website error.

If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏

Had a sharp pain that came suddenly. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The staff is great and everyone was very caring and knowledgeable. Used them before and will go there again. Definitely recommend.

Typically I’m not a fan of this urgent care however Charmaine was amazing! If you get the pleasure of having her as your provider your visit will go very smooth!

Was able to book an appointment quickly. Staff was helpful including helping me with technology. Been there few times. Surprised more attention has not been given to surroundings such as chipped paint on walls, chairs with cracked leather. Place may be clean but not kept up. Does not give a clean appearance!

I came in ten minutes before closing with second degree burns from spilling boiling water on my stomach, and the nurses and doctors treated me so well. No one rushed me out despite the time. The doctor was very caring and compassionate. The staff really cares. Thank you all for your help.

For a Saturday morning, I had many options to schedule an appointment. Check in was easy and fast. Staff friendly and professional. My PA was extremely knowledgeable and made the suggestion that I needed to be seen at ER because I needed a CT scan.her diagnosis was correct
