Scheduling was super easy and there were a lot of times available

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

I went to urgent care for numbness and pain in my left arm. I was misdiagnosed by the PA who saw me. The gentleman who took my EKG really struggled with performing the test. What is usually a five minute test took him 20 or 25 minutes and he was obviously frustrated.

The wait time and walk in was effortless. The front desk staff is very friendly. I know the rest of the staff that I saw today also did listen to all my health concerns and I know insurance only allows certain things. I know the staff has changed over the years but the visit still went well. I think we did cover a lot of the things and I may have forgotten a few things to bring up and I know the Urgent Care is usually the first stop and if things do not improve I know in the past to just message or call about conditions. A lot of the staff seems more knowelagable compared to many other places that I have been to.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Attentive and helpful receptionist Daria! Your check-in system needs work. Kept freezing so she entered all on her laptop. Nursing assistant and CNP very professional. All good. Now - your West Chester location is another story. Went there first - bad first impression as two staff standing around outside. First receptionist (long braids) ignored me. Second one came inside from chatting outside and pointed me to self-help QR code. Started down that and somehow it gave me a wrong middle initial. Could not correct correct that. Then system froze and wouldnt respond to anything. Both receptionists shrugged - no offer to help as BOTH just kept on playing on their personal cell phones! Entire experience was not one I want from any healthcare provider - even a vetenarian. I left and wound up at Malvern - really had my doubts about using it when I saw it was part of same company. Experience though far better.

Came into the office in a panic after a dog bite. The office staff was more than accommodating and friendly and happy to assist. Very pleased with the wait time and attentiveness to detail! Would highly recommend! Thank You to the wonderful staff!

I was able to schedule everything online when I showed up. I only had to wait five minutes.  Great experience.
