The front desk staff and the other staff members were alright, but I honestly hated everything about this appointment. The doctor was absolutely the worst. The way she spoke to and treated her patients was completely unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this from a medical provider. When people are sick, they come to the doctor for help, compassion, and understanding, not to be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a healthcare provider. And I still have not heard back yet

Woke up this morning with terrible sore throat, swollen gland & earache. Was disppointed there was not a doctor on site. Had a televisit with doc in Bethel who really wasn't very helpful. Went back in afternoon when a doctor was present. He checked my ears, gave me an antibiotic for infection & some ear drops. Both the nurses were very nice but ended up in ER that night because the sore throat was excruciating.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.
