Clinic very busy, but staff efficient, knowledgeable, & friendly. Wait time of 1 hr. very reasonable considering patient load. Presented with s/s of uti, confirmed, & followed up with culture. More clinics should follow that protocol. Rx provided, along with f/u instructions. I was very impressed with entire experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Iv been to this Urgent Care in Canton NC , a few times , I have always felt that I was important and all my needs and concerns have been met even above and beyond.!!! Being treated with respect and dignity makes alot of difference when making a choice of where to go for accident, stomach aches, major or minor things, I will go here first because I already know that they care and still remains professional while treatment of what's ailing me is done 😷🥴🤕🤗 Tonya the x-ray tech, does such a great job and kept me calm and listen to everything I have said All the Doctors and Staff are super, and thanks Audrey for your care this time it was fractured ribs, instead of broken ones or punctured lung, I will do what you ordered and "take it easy", .thanks everyone
