Woke up at 2AM with an obvious uti. Got online and made an appointment for first thing in the morning. Wait time was to be expected, there were several people in front of me. Went quick. Girl checking in was friendly. She also took vitals and all that. Dr. was very nice. Asked questions and gave suggestions to avoid future problems of this kind. I visited Advanced Urgent Care a couple of times over the last few months. Staff there are always so helpful and polite. This past visit, I was feeling very weak and confused and having symptoms I've never had before. The doctor knew me from my previous visit. She immediately realized she couldn't help me. The facility does not have the necessary extensive diagnostic equipment. She referred me to the emergency room of the hospital. The doctor also provided a referral so I wouldn't be told that it wasn't an emergency. Before my visits to urgent care, I was under the belief that these facilities just take your money and really do not provide help. I don't feel that way anymore. I would recommend this urgent care to others.
